Brizy Pro Lifetime but no Cloud access anymore?

Hello,

When I was logging in to my account, there was a button to login to cloud, but today I saw it was a button to start a trial. The trial ends in two weeks.

But when I bought the Brizy license, I had access to the cloud. After some time, you guys decided to get back some of the benefits, and give just two years of hosting on Cloud with custom domains, but it didn't supposed to end the access to the Cloud and all other features I had to the cloud.

As your staff stated at that time "If you have the Brizy Lifetime package, after the 2 years, you will continue to be able to create sites with Brizy Pro feature and options and you ill have access to all Brizy updates and new features (in Cloud too). After this period, you will not have the hosting for sites published with Custom Domain method and also, you will no longer be able to publish a site with this method. In rest, you will have all options and feature."

Is this an error? What is going on?

  This plan was added as an add on plan and it does not affect your existing plans in your account. You can continue to access the features already available in your account even after the trial period ends.
