Problem uploading pictures

Hi,

when I upload a picture I can not see the preview (fig1) and when I use the format "Customized" it won't shoe up on the page (fig 2). But when I use the format "Original" I still can't se the smal preview window but on the page (fig 3) and it shows up on the page when published. 

(I have shut down every plug-in and changes the theme)

  This issue often occur due DNS issues (or server side caching). If your website is hosted by GoDaddy, you can refer to this support thread for assistance:https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/17556718596498.
  SiteGround and other hosting providers offer similar services. I recommend contacting your hosting provider to verify if your site is using any CDN.

  This issue may also occur if you are using uncompressed images or images with large file sizes. If this is the case, ensure that the images are optimized before uploading them. You can refer to this guide for optimizing WordPress images:
