Make it global does not work

Hi, I reviewed other people's issues with make it global and it appears they are experiencing this problem with WordPress, well I am working with Brizy Cloud.  I want to make my header and footer global. When I press "make it global" it just swirls forever and nothing is happening. 

Also, my preview button is still not working, I cannot preview my website whatsoever. Thank you

  Could you please try editing your pages in incognito mode or using a different browser to see if the issue persists? It's possible that a browser extension in your current browser is causing the issue.
