  Hi Gonçalo,

  As per our terms and conditions at https://www.brizy.io/terms-and-conditions "refunds are allowed only for yearly subscriptions and up to 30 days after the subscription is made" Unfortunately, since you are on a monthly subscription, you are not eligible for a refund.

  Your subscription to the Personal Cloud plan will expire on August 01, 2024.
