Site not exporting to HTML

Hello team,

Can you open a private request for me so I can send the site details.

Issue
Site not exporting to HTML, tried different browsers, mobile and DSL, also tried different machines. This is only happening on one site, others are exporting.

Not working "Workaround"
Set site to custom domain hosted on Brizy, keep getting the "Syncing in progress".

Therefore, I'm unable to get the site working correctly.

Finally, do you have a way to open a ticket without it being posted to a forum?
