the carousel section stopped working

The carousel section (which comes within briz<y) stopped working and I created it again and nothing, it still does not appear in the front, you only see an empty space.
I am using the pro version of Brizzy cloud, not as a wordpress plugin, 
What can be?

  Could you please provide the URL so we can inspect it?

  In the meantime, if you have any custom code embedded in the header section of your site, try temporarily removing it to see if this helps.
