    Hi Zunaid,

    To edit a user, kindly click on the Name of the user.

    If you let us know the Workspace, Project Name and the sample pages where users are not seeing the block they are supposed to see, we will take a look.

    Hi Zunaid,

    I registered myself as a user (kc.george@gmail.com), assigned the student role to myself and tested the membership feature. Unfortunately I could not see any missing sections/blocks in your home page. Kindly see my test at https://jmp.sh/zXjcHNRY

    When you say "my users are not seeing the sections they're supposed to see" what do you mean? Can you give us examples of sections they are not seeing? You could probably demonstrate the issue in a screen recording.

    Ok I added a new user like you did and it works fine for the new user.

    However, its not working for the previous users (who have the same "Student" role)

    Hi Zunaid,

    It appears that only the last three users who were added to your website are recognized, and not the seven who were added earlier. This could have happened after yesterday's Brizy Cloud update I have reported it and we'll work on fixing this bug.

    In the interim, you can resolve the issue by deleting previously added users and adding them again.

    Ok thanks - I will have to do that.

    Fortunately its not that many. But this could be a major pain if I had like 50 users or more to have to add each one manually. 

    Can you please raise it with the team to introduce an API to create users, edit users, and also to add roles, remove roles etc

    Another question I have - is there not a way for me to post private replies on this forum.

    I initially couldn't do a quick video on this issue as it would expose my users email addresses.

    We have received similar feature requests in the past, but unfortunately, we do not have an estimated timeline for when this feature will be implemented. We understand that managing users manually can be quite challenging, especially with a larger number of users, so we have already reported this issue to our senior support team.
