Export HTML returns empty HTML response, and publishing on subdomain returns project not configured

  Hi Santosh,

  Can you please let us know the Workspace, Project Name and the preview URL of the project where you are seeing this error?

  The workspace name is 'Wishup Web Stories'
  
  Please help us out at the earliest, as we are verge of discontinuing the subscription, and using Brizy for Web Stories if it doesn;t get resolved by today

  Hi Santosh,

  We have fixed the 'Project Not Configured' error in your 'Wishup Web Stories' workspace. Out of the 12 projects you have in this workspace, two are published. Now you can see the two published stories in the frontend.

  • https://quince21056894.brizy.site

  When you publish the other 10 stories by clicking on the 'Publish Page' option in the bottom right corner, those projects will be available in the frontend as well.
