Can't Upload and Add Images

Hello,

I'm using the updated versions of everything, and I don't have Jetpack installed. I can remove images, but the system won't let me click through to add images from the library; let alone upload new ones.

Help!

  Hi Sebastian,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. Brizy image uploads do not work well when you are using an external software for image optimizations. For example, if you have enabled CDN in your hosting account, kindly disable it and check if you are able to upload images.

  If you are using an external image optimization or webp conversion tool, kindly disable it temporarily and check if the problem persists.
