Hello, 

We're trying to launch our clients website and it's currently offline. We have changed the DNS records and did everything we normally do but it's not going online.

  Hello Said,

  If the DNS records for your domain are hosted on Cloudflare Name Servers, kindly ensure that the DNS Proxy for the A Record and the CNAME Record are disabled

  

   

  When you disable DNS Proxy, your records would look like these

  

  

   

  After disabling the DNS Proxy for the above records, kindly get back to us and we will install the SSL certificate.
