error timeout on activation PRO

Hi

i have this error when i try to activate pro license:

- cURL error 28: Connection timeout after 10001 ms

I have other site in the same server and the other works.

What can i try?

I don't have any firewall or blocking.

    If the issue continues, this is something we need to inspect from your WP Admin page. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard and send the following details to: communitysupport@brizy.io

    Hi Ariel

     

    i have same problem on same hosting. The previous activation after try many times works, now with a new website on same server (with same configuration, it's a VPS with multiple domain) don't work. I try many suggestion but i can't activate my licenses. Is there any other method that can i  try?

    Thank you for the update.

    Unfortunately, there's not much we can do on our end as it seems to be related to your server. I suggest reaching out to your server administrator to make them aware of the issue and see if they can help find a solution. Sorry for the inconvenience.

    I have the same problem. I can't even deactivate the licence key. It's very annoying and nobody can really help!
