    Thank you for contacting us.

    Please also provide us temporary access to FTP so we can further check this issue.

    In the meantime, please try increasing the PHP Memory limit from 256M to 512M for best results.

    Unfortunately, I cannot share access to the Panel from hosting provider LWS as you will have access to all the properties. I cannot share access unfortunately. Is there another way to do this ?

    It seems that the issue is connected to a security software on your server that is blocking requests from Brizy. Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to disable any security software, like ModSecurity, and inform me once the deactivation has been completed.
