the info that i know is that my subscription last fees was in Jan 2024 is that right? , please confirm to me what is the status of my subscription

  Hi Bassem,

  You have signed up for the Personal Cloud plan for $13.00/month on Jan 29, 2024. This plan was not renewed at the end of first month and your subscription was paused. You can resume the plan from your Brizy account and it will resume with immediate effect and your next charge will be on June 28, 2024.

  To resume the plan, kindly sign into your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login. Select the 'Billing' option under the 'Account' menu.

  

  
  Then select the 'Resume Plan' button.
