    Hi Vikram,

    As I understand you have these two accounts 

    1. Account with email: vikram.jape@.......inc.com has Brizy Pro Personal plan with 3 Brizy Pro licenses  and is scheduled to renew on June 17, 2024 (in 5 days) 
    2. Account with email: deana.evers@......inc.com has Freelancer Plan with 26 licenses and is scheduled to renew on Jul 12, 2024

    You have only used two of the 26 allotted licenses in the second account, which is in your company's name. If you already have a second account with 24 extra Pro licenses, you might not require the first account with just 3 Pro licenses.

    Kindly consider canceling the first account and just keeping the second one, rather than merging the two. Then, using your second account, you may create more Pro licenses for emtec.digital, emtcdgtstg.wpengine.com, and other projects. Do you think this would work? Kindly let us know.

    I'm trying to cancel the subscription for the "vikram.jape@.......inc.com" account, but I'm encountering an issue where the cancellation process is stuck in a loop. Could you please cancel it as soon as possible since the renewal is due on June 17th?

    Additionally, I need to change the email address for our second account. Due to our company's recent merger, our email domain has changed, and digital.emtecinc.com is no longer accessible. Please update the email  address and user id to "webadmin.bridgenext.com".

    We have cancelled the Brizy Pro Personal plan associated with your email vikram.jape@.......inc.com and it will expire on Jun 25, 2024

    We have also changed the email address associated with the Freelancer Plan to  webadmin@.......next.com. Kindly use this email to sign into Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login and our help desk at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us

    If required, click on the "Retrieve It" link at the login page to reset the password.
