Menu text moves

The text moves up, is this something to do with border underneath?

  Hi Ray,

  Thank you for contacting us.

  If you've used borders to achieve this hover effect, you will also need to include a border on the active state of the menu so it won't move on hover, this is demonstrated on this screencast: https://youtu.be/Sa_YplG2b1E

  Ensure that the height of the bottom border matches in both the hover and active states. Additionally, adjust the color to seamlessly blend with the page. For instance, if your header background is white, consider setting the bottom-border color to white.
