  Hi David,

  The domain westhirellc.com appears hosted with GoDaddy. When enabling the "Domain Privacy" option in GoDaddy, the contact details are substituted with details of Domains By Proxy. Have a look at this article for more details. https://in.godaddy.com/help/change-my-domain-privacy-level-32283

  In case of westhirellc.com, domain privacy appears turned on and the domain is managed by Domains by Proxy and they use proxy servers to protect website owners' personal information when registering a domain name. Brizy Cloud custom domain mapping usually does not work when the DNS works behind a proxy.

  One solution is to disable domain privacy in GoDaddy. Would your client be willing to do this? Several other domain registrars do not use Domain By Proxy to protect privacy. Transferring the domain to another registrar (for instance Namecheap) is another solution.
