    Hi Ray,

    When adding an anchor link to the popup and setting the "On Scroll" display condition, the popup seems to disappear after the initial click. This could be a bug; I will report it. 

    If you apply another display condition like "On Page Load", the pop up would stay after the first click.

    I have tried "On Page Load" but this also works only once. You have to click another page for the button to re-appear.

    You are right; even with "On Page Load" condition, the issue persists.

    Is there a possibility I have done something wrong or is this definitely a bug? I can download the block for you to see.

    If it is a bug how long will it take to fix, weeks, months?

    Also if I use the alternative method while I wait for a fix how would I implement smooth scroll as this method currently doesn't appear to have it?

    Hi Ray,

    I can replicate the issue on my end. Therefore, there might not be a problem with the way you have implemented it. It is difficult to commit on a date for fixing this bug.

    Anchor links are used to implement the 'Scroll To Top' functionality. Hence, whether using the fixed icon method or the popup method, the scrolling style will remain the same. Check out the https://restaurant-1.brizy.site/ scroll to top icon. This is implemented following Bruce Young's video instructions using the fixed icon method.

    Do you feel the fixed icon 'Scroll To Top' button on the above page does not provide smooth scroll? Kindly give us an example of a page where you see smooth scroll.

    Okay yes I can that. I've tried this on another computer and it seems to look okay.

    How would I get the scroll to not appear until say 20% scrolled as the other method achieved? Currently the button is displayed all of the time.

    Hi Ray,

    Scroll to top icon appear after 20% scroll is not possible with the fixed icon option. If you are using the Blocksy theme, you could consider setting up Scroll To Top using Blocksy. Kindly have a look at https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/general-options/scroll-to-top/
