Can't login to Brizy Cloud with my LTD account

I've tried to login to my Brizy Cloud account, however, on my Dasboard I no longer see the button to the Clodud .. I only see "START FREE TRIAL CLOUD".

I have the Brizy LTD..and it worked before."

  Hi Lucian,

  Kindly click on the "Start Free Trial Cloud" button once. It will add a new plan to your Brizy account. You have the option to try out the PRO features in Brizy Cloud for 14 days. 

  You have to click on this button just once. Then the "Start Free Trail Cloud" button will disappear and you will begin see "Go To Brizy Cloud" button. The Free Trial Cloud plan does not affect any other plan you already have with Brizy. You have the Brizy PRO Lifetime plan for WordPress and you continue to have access to it.

  I've done this ..but now it shows that I have an active trial.

  Brizy PRO Lifetime plan includes access to Brizy PRO Cloud functionality without hosting.. I don't understand why I need an active trial to use it.

  What happens now .. after this trial?

  I don't want a trial .. why it doesn't work like before?

  Hi Lucian,

  You continue to have complimentary access to the Brizy Cloud PRO features except custom domain mapping. The only difference is that during the 14 days trial period, you can also publish using custom domains.

  There are no changes to your existing plans.

  Hi George .. I'm afraid what you said is not true in my case.

  As I've explained before .. I should already have access to the Brizy Cloud PRO features except custom domain mapping as I did last week ... 

  For instance now, even with the trial active .. the custom domain mapping is inactive (available only as an upgrade).

  From my point of view Brizy Team did some updates on the cloud side resulting in this buggy behaviour.

  Hi Lucian,

  Your are right; The Brizy Free Trial Cloud plan does not allow you custom domain publishing. That was an error from my side. 

  You said "I should already have access to the Brizy Cloud PRO features except custom domain mapping as I did last week" Do you feel any PRO feature is missing in your account? Please let us know.

  Hi George .. Got it .. Thanks.

  Right now,... I'm not missing any PRO features from my account... We will see after the trial ends. In case I'll have any issues I'll get back.

  The only thing I don't understand is why I had to activate the trial if I should have already had access to the Brizy Cloud PRO features.
