Inquiry About Uploading Files to Root Directory for App Deep Linking
Hi Brizy.io Support Team,
I am reaching out to inquire about the possibility of uploading files to the root directory of my domain hosted on Brizy.io. Specifically, I need to upload two files: apple-app-site-association and assetlinks.json. These files are essential for configuring app deep linking for both iOS and Android platforms.
The purpose of these files is to verify domain ownership and allow my mobile app to link seamlessly with the website. Here are the details of the files:
-
apple-app-site-association(required by Apple for iOS deep linking) -
assetlinks.json(required by Google for Android deep linking)
Could you please let me know if it is possible to upload these files to the root directory of my domain? If so, could you provide me with the necessary steps or support to accomplish this?
If this is not currently supported, could you suggest any alternative methods or workarounds that would allow me to achieve this functionality?
Thank you for your assistance. I look forward to your response.

Hi Christopher,
Unfortunately, uploading files to the site root is not supported by Brizy Cloud. If this is a requirement for your project, you might want to consider developing the website with a builder that permits root access.
You could also request this as a new feature at https://www.brizy.io/ideas-and-roadmap
