  Hi David,

  There is another Brizy account with the email address dkoh1652@gmail.com. Therefore, this email cannot currently be associated with your account  salesenablement@laundrylux.com.

  Please send an email from dkoh1652@gmail.com to support@brizy.io. asking for this Brizy account to be closed. We can then switch your email salesenablement@laundrylux.com to dkoh1652@gmail.com
