Confusing Cloud Expiry Date in my Dashboard
Hi –
1. My Studio subscription just expired last week, which I did know about. I plan to renew it again as soon as I receive a check from a client, as I need to pay for that subscription from a new bank account. Anyhow, in my Dashboard under Active Subscriptions it shows Brizy Cloud Studio, then (2 years of hosted domains...), and then Expires May 23, 2023. This is an incorrect date. While my Studio subscription has already expired, that only happened just last week on May 23, 2024. I realize it may not matter at this point since either way, it has in fact expired, but why does it show 2023?
2. Also shown is Free Trial Cloud PRO and Expires June 5, 2024. I am also receiving email reminders that my Could PRO Free Trial is expiring in x days. I did not click on anything to initiate this free trial of Cloud PRO. Is that an automatic thing when a Cloud-related subscription expires (such as my Studio)?
Thanks for clarifying this.

P.S. Why does THIS textarea cause double-line breaks when pressing the Return/Enter
key? I just want to enter a single blank line to separate ideas. This is annoying!

Hi Jeff,
Kindly follow instructions in my last comment at https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/community/posts/19026960106130 to make your renewal payment for the Brizy Pro Studio plan. Once you do this, you will see the correct subscription renewal date in your account.
