Hi All,

 

I noticed that my Brizy Cloud turned to trial period that will expire after 14 days. However I'm on LTD plan. Please return back my Brizy Cloud Pro to free version.

  Hi Ahmed,

  The Free Trial Cloud PRO plan is added as an additional plan along with your Brizy PRO Lifetime plan. After the trial plan expires on June 15, 2024, your account will revert back to Brizy Cloud Free plan; your Brizy PRO Lifetime plan will remain unchanged.

  When you say "However I'm on LTD" do you mean that you had Brizy Cloud LTD plan or are you referring to the Brizy Pro Lifetime plan for WordPress you had from Sep 2021?

  Yes I had both brizy cloud LTD plan and brizy pro LTD for wordpress. I want to make sure that all brizy cloud pro features will remain after this trail period except for domain hosting as I passed the 1st 2 years.

  Unfortunately, we don't see a record of purchase of Brizy Cloud LTD in your account. Kindly check for emails from help@paddle.com.   Hi George , I found the mail and the reciept. When I purchased the lifetime brizy pro it included cloud and wordpress together. Both where one product. You should have a record with this. Should I send all these details with the mail attached to the communitysupport@brizy.io ?

  Hi Ahmed,

  You had purchased the Lifetime plan for $299 with the following specifications on Sep 30, 2021. Along with this purchase, you had received complimentary access to Brizy Cloud for 2 years. You could publish unlimited custom domain websites, during the two year period, until September 30, 2023. 

  From October 2023, you lost access to this complimentary offer. As per the terms of the offer, you continue have access to the PRO features in Brizy Cloud except linking custom domains. You can publish your new projects using HTML Export, Server Sync and 3rd Party Free Hosting options.      

  

  If you have an email which confirms the purchase of Brizy Cloud LTD, which is a completely different legacy plan, please forward us the details.
