Edit with Brizy won't load for any pages

I have Brizy for wordpress. When I click "edit with Brizy", it looks like the page is loading but it never loads. When I just click edit, the page will open with the regular wordpress editor. But when I click "edit with Brizy" from that page, it does the same thing where it looks like it's loading. I have Brizy on automatic updates, so it should be on the latest version.

  Hi Jenna,

  If you are seeing a looping pre-loader when trying to edit a Brizy page, it indicates that that a piece of software in your hosting environment is interfering with Brizy editing. Kindly sign in to your hosting control panel and check if you have enabled any of these software 

  • Security system (Like ModSecurity)
  • Malware protection
  • Firewall
  • DDOS

  Disable the above systems by one and check if are able to edit Brizy pages. 

  Please also check if you have installed a security plugin in your WordPress Dashboard. Deactivate the plugin and check if the error disappears. Once you identify the interfering software, please relax the security restrictions to allow Brizy editing, in consultation with your hosting company.
