    Hi Nikki,

    We apologize inconvenience.

    Our servers were hit by a significant DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack, resulting in disruptions to Brizy Cloud.

    We worked closely with our partner, AWS, to mitigate the attack and restore normal service. The issue has now been resolved.

    Please check on your end to ensure everything is functioning properly and let us know if you have any further questions.

    Thank you for the response. However, it appears That we are still having issues. There are parts of my site that I can no longer access, although the permissions are set properly. Can someone check to see if there is an issue on your end or my end?

    Hello, I investigated the matter further and it looks like the membership feature is not working. All of the areas that I had the membership feature setup on are no longer working. When I turn off the membership feature the block becomes available to see. Did something change in my plan?

    I also just discovered that there are some blocks that are set to membership and they seem to be functioning normally.

    Hi Nikki,

    I registered myself on your website (kc@brizy.io) and checked a few pages in the frontend and in the Brizy Editor. I could not find a page with missing blocks. Can you provide us with the URLs of pages where we can see the issue you are facing?

    Hi KC, Thank you for your response! 

    You could not see them because I changed the settings. My apologies. Here is the URL of a page where I changed the settings for 2 blocks back to membership and now I cannot see them even though I have permission set up through the user roles. 

    I assigned your profile the user roles that should allow you to see the leadership block and the links below as shown in the image below.

    The Membership feature appears working fine for the page https://www.fusionagencyinc.com/resources I see these designs when

    You have set membership feature to the following blocks and these are not visible to non logged in users.  

    • Pre - licensing
    • Leadership
    • Accelerator's Academy
    • Book Library

    It is still unclear what is not working with the membership feature. Maybe you should record your screen using a screen recording software to help us understand the issue better.
