My website has been unchanged this afternoon and now it's down: https://www.tothetop.io

I've checked the status page and everything sounded normal, yet the site is not loading.

    It's been 9h it's down. 8h you did the report.

    Our site is still down. I'm loosing business opportunities every hour

    1) Get the tech team on the phone to act fast, THANKS

    And it get stuck with this URL https://www.tothetop.io/?system_page_access_token=$2y$10$ImDm0ALccnhkfZOVQk/1vutz6luJtPkLHcVyBte/RIlfU6p5KqOZS

    Alternatively I've tried to use: https://admin.brizy.io/projects/15120376/preview

    to check if it could came from my DNS records. but it's not loading either

    2) Is there a better service level available for those type of incidents, if yes what's the procedure

    We apologize for the 12 hours delay in restoring the websites. It was due to a major DDOS attack. Our team has been working with the AWS team to restore things.

    Our preview servers are now working again. Please check
