Is it possible to connect my membership registration form to Convertkit email list?

I am trying to set up a registration form for people to join membership and access gated content. Is it possible to have the emails from the registration integrate with convertkit so I can get them on my email list? I can't seem to figure it out. 

Everytime I set it up, there is no option to connect Convertkit on the registration form

  Hi Charles,

  The Brizy Login/Registration element cannot not connect to external apps including ConvertKit. To add users to the ConvertKit email list, you must setup a Sign-Up form using the Brizy Form element.
