Pop Up Stopped Working on Brizy Cloud

Hi!

 

I have a pop up on my website (https://www.impactedtees.com) that randomly stopped working. It was working for a few days but not when people sign up it says "Email not sent"

 

I cannot figure out how to fix it. Can you take a look and let me know what I need to do to make sure it works

  Please try clearing your browser cache or use another browser and see if this makes any difference.

  Ok great I Will clear the cache and try again! 

  Second question, I am trying to set up a registration form for people to join membership and access gated content. Is it possible to have the emails from the registration integrate with convertkit so I can get them on my email list? I can't seem to figure it out. 

  Everytime I set it up, there is no option to connect Convertkit on the registration form

  Hi Charles,

  You are right; the Brizy Login/Registration element does not connect to external apps including ConvertKit. To add users to the ConvertKit email list, kindly setup a Sign-Up form using the Brizy Form element.
