    Hi Sofia,

Your website is causing a 500 Internal Server Error. It is best to contact your hosting provider. They should be able to access the server error logs and give you an indication about what is causing the error.

If the issue is related to Brizy, then kindly get back to us with further details from the error log.

    Hi Sofia,

    Thank you for your cooperation.

We noticed that the WordPress account you provided doesn't have administrative access. However, we were able to resolve the issue by examining the error log on your server. The problem was caused by a lack of memory.

To address this, we increased the WordPress PHP Memory limit to 512M in the wp-config.php file, which should resolve the issue.

If you have any further questions, please let us know

    Best regards,
    Ariel H.
