    Hi Ariel,

    I don't feel the need to explain my reasons for canceling. I already followed the cancellation procedure on the 24th, but it didn't work. Please cancel my subscription as I originally intended, refund the money for the automatic renewal, and delete my account.

    Hi Tomasz,

    We have cancelled your Personal WP plan and have refunded your last last transaction of £46.80 to your payment method. This amount will get credited into your payment method in 7-10 business days. 

    We have also deleted your account.
