I NEED HELP FROM SUPPORT
Every time I submit a request, I hear back from support right away asking me for my info and I submit it right away and then I hear nothing. I need help with my issues ASAP. Here's the requested information for my previous support ticket:

Hi Jake,
This issue normally happens when you import a form from one page to another. Both the forms carry the same ID and hence it behave like a global form. Email Marketing App integration you carry out with one form applies automatically to the other.
To solve this issue, kindly duplicate the form by clicking on the 'Duplicate' icon at the top right corner of the form element. This will force the form to have a unique ID and the changes you make to one form would not automatically apply to the other.

I have implemented this change for your home page and the Wallaby Windows of Brevard page. While the homepage form is integrated to Zapier, the form in the 'Wallaby Windows of Brevard' page is integrated to Webhooks. Kindly check.
