    Hi Rácz,

The form data must be captured either using Email Notification or using one of the listed apps. Redirecting to a 'Thank You' page without capturing form data is not an option. Kindly set up Email Notification so that users won't see the error message and instead see a success message on form submission.

    Hi George,

We went through everything with the client and the form still not working for him. What we did:

    1) I set up an email notification of the original form (https://matuzsalem.linde-mh.solutions/) - he got error messages

    2) I set up a subpage (https://matuzsalem.linde-mh.solutions/teszt) where i removed each questions and checkboxes one by one and he tried everything but he still got error messages (btw right now the test sub page ask only for an email, it works well for me but for the client it's error message). I even tried to set up an email notification with this form but still nothing, he got error messages all the time. Plus I created a new form from the builder and he still got error message.

    3) I've created a new site with one form (https://raspberry20944951.brizy.site/) and he still got the error message on this website as well.

I'm really hopeless right now, could you please help how can we fix it? He has a strong company firewall but our campaigns can't start until he is not able to test the whole process.

    Hi Rácz,

I tested the form at https://matuzsalem.linde-mh.solutions/. I received an email notification. After the form submission, I was redirected to https://matuzsalem.linde-mh.solutions/koszonjuk. Kindly request your client to check for the same email notification.

Please test the form again on a computer without the firewall and let us know if it goes through. If the company firewall would block the form submission, they may need to whitelist the blocked URL in the firewall.

    Hi George,

The problem is that he didn't receive a success message, nor the redirection nor the email noti.

And he tried with his own computer at home and got the same error message.

Is that antivirus thing (some antivirus blocks the email notification therefore people cant submit brizy form) still ongoing?

    Thanks

    Hi Rácz,

Antivirus blocking email notifications and users not able to submit the form was an issue earlier. With the most recent virus definitions and most recent antivirus app version, the Brizy Cloud forms should submit. If your client is using an antivirus, kindly request him to update virus definitions to the latest. Kindly also request him to update the antivirus app to its latest version.

If your client continues to face the issue and if the form works well on other computers, we will need access to his laptop to fix the problem.

    Hi George,

It's still not working for them and their IT team checked the firewall and everything and they say it's not a security issue.

How can we manage to get you access to his laptop and fix the problem?

    Thanks,

    Hi Rácz,

Can we schedule a Zoom call with your client and you? During this troubleshooting call, I will attempt to examine the cause behind the problem by accessing his laptop. The session could last 30-45 minutes. Kindly suggest a day and time for the Zoom session and your time zone.
