    I want to confirm that your subscription has already been cancelled. Your current plan will expire on September 5, 2024, and it will not be renewed thereafter.

    Hello William,

    Your personal WordPress subscription has already been renewed even though it is still October 26th in your city because of the time zone difference. We will notify you when your subscription is cancelled, however it will only stop renewals starting from 2026.

    Of course, this is unacceptable, and I will dispute the charge with the paying account. This is, IMO, fraud and I am reporting it to WordPress and will, of course, never ever use anything having to do with Brisy again, and will warn others of how you do your business and customer relations - or lack thereof.

    Shame on you!

    Hello William,

    The time zone that is configured on our servers determine when Brizy subscriptions are renewed. We have received your request for cancelling the subscription on October 27, 2025, at 7:01 AM. Your subscription had already been renewed by then. It might have been October 26th for you due to time zone variations. 

    If we received your request before the renewal date, we would have cancelled your subscription. If you scroll up in this thread, you will see that we have cancelled subscription for Matt Zimmerman. You can see that we have cancelled subscriptions for these users recently.
