Connecting Forms to Apps

I am using multiple forms on multiple different pages.  When I connect a form on on page to an app like Zapier - and then I connect a different form on another page to an app like Webhooks - it is not allowing me to connect the different forms to different apps.  For instance I need each pages forms to send to  different location and different app.  How can I do this and why is it copying over on forms on different pages.
