    Hi Jeff,

    Usually you receive your first email reminder about subscription renewal, 3 days prior to the renewal date. You receive a second reminder 25 minutes prior to the actual renewal. You might have received your first email reminder on May 17, 2024. Kindly check emails from help@paddle.com

    As per your Brizy account, your Brizy PRO Studio subscription was renewed on May 20, 2024 with a payment of $99.  Are you saying that you do not see this transaction in your Paypal account? Please check again and confirm.

    Hi George –

    I just double checked and I did not receive an email 3 days before. Yesterday, at 5:03 PM Pacific I received 2 emails: one says Studio will renew soon, and the second email is the receipt for the payment to PayPal. But, I had no money in PayPal at that time. Plus, my backup account for PayPal is no longer a viable account. So any minute now, my bank is likely going to charge some huge penalty amount.

    Would it be possible to reverse that charge and then we'll make a new one? Otherwise, my bank will likely charge me at least $35 because that account is not viable. 

    I greatly appreciate if Brizy can do this. I really need the white label for a project on an existing (8-year) client's site, but the charge mentioned above has really screwed up things for me.

    Hi Jeff,

    Your $99 payment for the Brizy Pro Studio renewal has been refunded to your Paypal account. In 7–10 business days, the amount should be credited to your Paypal account.

    Thanks for the refund.

    I will attempt to pay with a new payment account today or tomorrow, but I am not sure how to make that payment now. I do not see an option for that in my account under Active Subscriptions. Please let me know how to now pay for the Brizy Pro Studio renewal.

    Hi Jeff,

    Kindly sign into your Brizy account at https://www.brizy.io/account/login and select the 'Billing' option under the Account menu

     

    In the list of invoices, click on the 'Update' link next to your last invoice.

     
    You can add a new payment method in the following page. 

    Once you complete it, you should see a notification like this in your 'Billing' page with a new renewal date.
