Hi Phillip,
You have set wordpress@...............crew.com as your 'From Email' address in your Brizy Form which is being rejected by your SMTP server mx.zohomail.com. I see this error message on your contact page.
The following From address failed: wordpress@pkconstructioncrew.com : MAIL FROM command failed, Authentication Required.\r\n,530,5.5.1SMTP server error: MAIL FROM command failed Detail: Authentication Required.\r\n SMTP code: 530 Additional SMTP info: 5.5.1
The above error indicates that the 'From Email' address is not accepted as a sender email address by Zohomail SMTP server. SMTP servers usually verify sender email addresses before allowing you to use it as a 'From Email'. You have used phillip@................crew.com as your 'From Email' address for testing the SMTP settings at https://www.gmass.co/smtp-test. Kindly try using the same 'From Email' address in your Brizy form as well and check if the form would get submitted.

If you prefer to send out email notifications from wordpress@...................crew.com, you must verify this email as a sender in Zohomail server. Kindly check with Zoho Support for the procedure to verify a sender email address; it could be something like https://www.zoho.com/creator/newhelp/account-setup/manage-sender-email.html Test the form again with this 'From Email' after completing the verification.
Once you have seen this comment, we will remove the email addresses from this post to protect your privacy.0 -

Hi Phillip,
Even though you have set phillip@................crew.com as your 'From Email' in your Brizy form, possibly another setting somewhere in your WordPress Dashboard appears overriding it and setting your 'From Email' as wordpress@...............crew.com
Have you installed a plugin like WP Mail SMTP or have added a custom code which sets an alternate 'From Email' address? Kindly deactivate any such plugin or disable such code and test the Brizy form again.
