Events page
Hello - I use Brizy Pro on top of Wordpress. I cannot find any events plugins that are recommended for Brizy. What method would you suggest for creating a chronologic events page with a list of events that, when clicked, would open separate pages with individual event details? Am I going to have to put it together, including separate event pages, and update all of it manually every time? Thank you! -KL

Hi Karol,
When using a plugin which cannot be integrated with Brizy, we recommend designing your website using the Default Page Template. You can setup a Brizy page using two different 'Page Templates'
- Brizy Template : The page header, body and the footer are designed in Brizy
- Default Template : The page header and footer are designed in the WordPress theme and only the body is designed using Brizy
To apply the 'Default Page Template' to your Brizy pages, in the Brizy editor on the left sidebar, select the 'Page' icon and then the 'Default' option under 'Page Template'. Please remember to design your page header and footer using your theme. You might want to select a theme with a good header footer builder.

Kindly retain the event pages as it is in the theme design (without giving it a Brizy design) Have a look at https://brizy.tech/, a website developed using Default Page Template. The header and footer design of all pages come from Blocksy theme. Kindly look at the events page at https://brizy.tech/events/ You will notice that the events pages do not have a Brizy design. If you have more questions on this approach, kindly get back to us.

Thank you. I appreciate the response. As it is an already developed site, changing the template is not an attractive option. I'll need to look for an alternative before deciding to redo the whole thing. How do I provide feedback/request that Brizy either develops or validate an event plugin/widget/feature? It's a pretty big gap, and I have to say it has made me sour on Brizy in general. I cannot be the only person with this problem. Thanks again.

Hi Karol,
If the effort involved in changing page template for multiple pages is high, kindly consider this alternate strategy.
Create a theme header and attempt to make it as close as possible to the Brizy header. You could also make minor modifications to the Brizy header to make it closer to the theme header. If your current theme Brisko does not have a flexible header footer builder, kindly consider switching to Blocksy theme. Have a look at these articles
Your current header at https://klagodzki.com/ has a simple design and hence it should be easy to recreate it using a theme. Since you have included a form in the footer, recreating the footer design could be challenging. If you move the form out of the footer and place it in another global block, you can replicate the footer design easily using your theme. When your theme header and Brizy header look almost alike or exactly same, you can leave the event pages in the theme design and don't have to give it a Brizy design.
Kindly suggest your improvement idea at https://www.brizy.io/ideas-and-roadmap and other users can vote for your idea.
