Lost Brizy PRO Lifetime features

Hi.

I purchased a Brizy PRO Lifetime deal back in 2020. After trying the AI website builder, all the pro features are gone from my account dashboard and all the projects switched to "free".

I contacted support but Basharat wasn't of any help. They insist I purchased a Brizy WordPress lifetime deal which isn't the case.

Please, help.

  Hi Giancarlo,

  On Apr 15, 2020, you bought Brizy Pro Lifetime plan for $299 with the features described below. This plan gave you access to unlimited Brizy Pro licenses and complimentary access to Brizy Cloud Studio plan for 2 years until April 15, 2022.

  After the two complimentary years, you lost the custom domain linking feature as described in this article. https://support.brizy.io/hc/en-us/articles/8841397522961. However you should be able to create new projects and have access to the PRO features in the Brizy Cloud Editor except for linking custom domains.

  Looks like after you signed up for the Brizy Cloud free trial, you lost access to Pro features in your projects. We apologize for the inconvenience. I have reported this issue. After the weekend holidays, when our team returns to work, we will take a look at this issue.

  I think this issue has happened to my account as well. I have a Lifetime Brizy PRO and my cloud account have changed to "Free Trial". How can I fix it?

  Hi Leo,

  Nothing has changed in terms of privileges you have access to in your account, other than the notification regarding the Free Trial Cloud Pro. Please let us know if you feel any account privilege is currently missing. We will take a look.

  Today, in order to get access to the dashboard I had to activate the cloud trial.
  What happens when the trial expires?

  Hi Giancarlo,

  When you activated the Free Trial Cloud PRO, nothing changed in your account, and nothing should change when it expires as well. When it expires, your account should maintain status quo.

  The same thing to my situation as well. Is there a way to be like it was without that warning about expiration and the wording trial?

  Hi Konstantinos,

  The notification about the Free Trial Cloud PRO will disappear from your dashboard on November 1, 2024 automatically. Until then, kindly disregard it.
