    Thank you for reaching out to us.

    Kindly consider deactivating third-party plugins temporarily and proceed with uninstalling and reinstalling both Brizy and Brizy Pro. Once the installation is successful, you can then re-enable the other plugins.

    If the issue continues, this is something we need to inspect from your WP Admin page. Please add us as an Admin user to your WordPress Dashboard. Additionally, we will need temporary access to FTP in order to directly access your WordPress files. Kindly provide the following details to communitysupport@brizy.io:

    We managed to install Brizy and Brizy Pro, and your site is up and running.

     

    However, it appears that there are some issues with your server that you need to address with your hosting provider. The current load time is quite slow. I recommend reporting this issue to your hosting provider so that they can investigate further.
