Can't get menu showing

Hi

For some reason on the link below I can't get the menu to show - when I go into Appearance I don't even seen menus as you would expect too

I just see themes and editor 

On the theme I have installed how do I get the menu showing

  It seems like you're using one of the default themes in WordPress that doesn't have the traditional menu option under the Appearance section. Instead, these themes use the Navigation Block in the Full Site Editor to manage menus. 

  If you're specifically looking for the classic navigation menu option, you may need to switch to a different theme that supports it. You can find themes that offer this feature on this link - https://www.brizy.io/theme-partners
