Allowed Bandwidth For My Brizy Pages
Hi Support,
I want to know about my Allowed Bandwidth For My Brizy Pages.
If I Upload multiple Custom Videos on Brizy Pages, how much bandwidth is allowed if those pages are being used Publicly.
Is there any extra Cost if we breach the allowed Bandwidth.

Hi Ankit,
We have not placed an upper limit for the bandwidth usage for Brizy Cloud websites. If you are referring to https://thebatraanumerology.brizy.site, you have embedded YouTube videos. Those videos will stream from YouTube and hence would not use Brizy Cloud bandwidth.
Brizy Cloud allows you to upload custom videos up to 25MB in size. With custom videos, the entire video must first be downloaded before it can start playing because Brizy Cloud is not a video streaming platform. Users are likely to have a poorer play back experience and hence uploading custom videos to Brizy Cloud is not a recommended approach.
A better approach will be to upload your video files to cloud providers like these or YouTube and the playback experience would be much better.

Thanks for confirming, so Videos less than 25MB in size can still be streamed in the Public right?
Even if 100s People watching it in a day regularly? Will there be any issue at your end is what we are trying to understand.
Right now we are using You Tube Links that's right, but if we upload Custom vides then we are asking.

Hi Ankit,
Videos cannot be streamed when you upload to Brizy Cloud; they are downloaded to the browser before playing. Kindly do a test upload and check out the playback experience.
Within the limitations of the maximum upload size, you can upload custom videos to your Brizy Cloud website. Even though this is not a recommended practice and the play back experience may be poor, you are allowed to upload custom videos.
