Whitelist IP addresses

I need to whitelist a couple of IP addresses. Can someone please assist me? Thanks!

  To assist you better, could you please provide us with more details regarding the issue you are facing and why you require certain IPs to be whitelisted?

  Please whitelist 99.175.157.216 /29 so our third-party vendor can complete vulnerability scans.  If you have any trouble adding a small subnet, use the first two IPs in that range since those are the current scanners.

  I have multiple sites this needs to be added to. Is there an email address so I can send the domains?
