Hi

My subscription recently auto renewed but now all the pro licences are showing as expired.

Can you help sorting this out please

  Hi Ian,

  We apologize for the inconvenience. The validity of your licenses could not be automatically extended for an extra year upon your subscription renewal. We have manually extended the licenses' validity. Kindly check
