confusion between community support and tech support ticket

Hello,

Where do I go to open a ticket with support instead of posting to the community forum?  Seems like that option is not the default - I opened a ticket earlier today but now I'm not able to find that area and I can only find the community support option.

  To open a ticket with Brizy Support, kindly send us an email at support@brizy.io from your registered email address. Your email will get into our Help Desk system.

  To trace your previous communication with us, kindly search for an email in your inbox from support@brizy.io
