New Template not loading Edit Homepage keep Spinning

Hello,

I just purchased Brizy Pro and tried to add a pro template to Wordpress and the Loading Icon keeps spinning. I tried with the edit with brizy on home page and different browsers as well but it stays loading. Please need help

  Hi Nalika,

  Can you please confirm if you are hosting your website with Namecheap and you are using their Website Builder to develop your website?  https://www.namecheap.com/hosting/shared/website-builder/

  I am using namecheap stellar plus Shared hosting and installed Wordpress through the Cpanel. I might have clicked on Website Builder at some point but didn't start with it

  Hi Nalika,

  In case you might have clicked on the Website builder, you may want to start over with a fresh installation of WordPress again and follow the procedure in the tutorial at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cNknGr8JH6Y to install Brizy and Brizy Pro

  Under Brizy- Starter Templates, you could then start with a Brizy Starter Template. Kindly try this and see if you are able to edit your project.
