Different behavior in edit mode and preview/live

Hello team, i am developing a wordpress plugin to add more animations to brizy via css. The plugin works fine in preview and live mode, but if you enter into edit mode, the animations play once and hide themselves! I cannot find out how to avoid the objects with animation classes disappear into brizy edit mode!

I cannot understand why preview and live version of the page plays fine animations but objects disappear after playing animation while i am editing with brizy builder!
