Hi I'M not able to zyn my wordpress brizy template - page with my cloud account. Wen need to move to another wordpress wordsite .

  Thank you for reaching out to us.

  Here are a few steps you can do to further troubleshoot this issue.

  1. Try using another browser or try using incongnito mode and see if this helps.

  2. If you have an older version of PHP on your server, please try updating it to PHP v8.0 or higher.

  3. If nothing helps, also try to reset your account password by going to your account dashboard, click on account and go to settings.  After doing so, please try to reconnect your account and see if this solves the issue.
