Pages take a lot of time to load

Hello,
We are having some issues with the website, the pages takes more than 10 seconds to load, sometimes even 20 seconds, which is not acceptable! we tried a lot of options to reduce the loading time, we installed an Optimiser (WP Optimise), tried Jetpack boost, Caching plugins, reduced the number of plugins used / deactivated the ones we are not using and it's still very slow, I noticed the DOMContentLoaded time is very high, and as I inspect the sources on different pages, Brizy is generating a LOT of CSS and places in in the DOM, on a empty page ( or with minimal blocks of code ) the loading speed is okay (2-3 seconds), how can we fix this issue? can we speak to someone from the development team? we cannot make this website live until we fix the issue, we also performed several speed tests on https://gtmetrix.com/, https://pagespeed.web.dev/ , the performace is always bellow 70.

  In the meantime, we suggest uploading your site and performing tests on a different testing server. It appears that the current staging site is also experiencing slow load times. Please try this approach and see if it makes any difference.

  Hi Ariel, we will backup the files / database today and try installing them on one of our servers, I will let you know the result. we are hoping to see an improvement there..

  We did not succeed in moving the site to another server.. the database structure from Wordpress hosted sites are different than the usual, any progress on your part? when can we expect a change?

  Hi George, that looks amazing and in your video it looks very fast indeed. No idea why it's loading so slow on our location and the location of the developer. I will test on other locations too.
