CONTACT FORM ERROR

Hi, I'm stuck with the error message "your email was not sent".
This is my landing page address:

Tried different contact form, tried association of different mail app (GetResponse, MailChimp) but I get the same error.

Can u help me pls?

  Hi Michele,

  I tested the three forms on your homepage. All three forms are working well and on form submission, page was redirected to the thank you page. Which form is giving you the error message? Can you send us a screenshot?

  hi George, after an entire week after your comment I tried and it worked (I tried from my iphone). 1 hour late I have the same problem.

  I think I understand what's the problem here.

  If I try to fill the contact form with my wifi network I always got the error message but if I try with another network (f.e. 5g from my iPhone) no problem at all.

  Can u help me fix this problem on my wifi?

  Hi Michele,

  If you have installed any of these software on your WiFi network, it can interfere with email sending. 

  • An antivirus software like AVG, McAfee, Avira
  • Malware protection software like Malwarebytes
  • Ad blocker Browser extensions
  • A firewall

  Try disabling such software one by one and check if that helps. 

  Please also try filling up the forms from a private (incognito) window of your browser
