Cancel payment and cancel subscription

I just created an account and made a payment for your monthly subscription. Your AI feature doesn't work. Your login profile is not keeping me logged in. I was really looking forward to your platform working. But It doesn't seem like it is ready yet. 

I would like to cancel and get a refund.

  You have two subscriptions in your account.

  1. Personal WordPress annual plan from Jul 13, 2025
  2. Personal Cloud monthly plan from Jul 13, 2025

  Do you want to cancel one of the two plans or both plans? Please confirm. Kindly let us know your reason for cancelling as well.
