Urgent Issue with Contact Form Submissions on Multiple Websites

We are experiencing issues with the submission of contact forms on several of our websites. Upon submission, an error message appears stating that the "email was not sent".

Upon investigation, it seems we have previously integrated Google reCAPTCHA into our systems and it was working perfectly.

Could this integration be the cause of the recent failures, considering that we have been receiving emails without any issues until now?

We are attaching screenshots for reference. This issue persists across all affected sites. Your prompt attention to this matter is greatly appreciated.

  Hi Dijo,

  I have tested both the forms. I am unable to reproduce the issue. I see the message "Your email was sent successfully". Kindly test the forms again and get back to us if you are seeing the error message.
